Applications for the "Ing. Giacomo Bonaiuti" scholarship prize are open to students enrolled in a university in Lombardy in a faculty of Chemistry or a related department, such as Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Sciences and Technologies.
The prize, promoted by the Bonaiuti family with support from the Bracco Foundation, GES and ALDAI, consists of three scholarships worth €4,000 per year.
The aim is to offer concrete support to meritorious students who distinguish themselves in the sciences, and, especially, in chemistry. The Bracco Foundation’s support has enabled an increase in the number of scholarships, and hence in the number of opportunities.
This initiative aligns with the Foundation's multifaceted commitment to young people through its ProgettoDiventerò, which offers various multidisciplinary educational opportunities starting from secondary school, as well as outreach activities and specific projects to promote equal access to knowledge, particularly scientific knowledge, to reduce the enduring gender gap.
