The photografic exhibition “A Life as a Scientist” is arriving in Israel and Costa Rica

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the photographic exhibition “A life as a scientist”, inspired by the 100 women against stereotypes project conceived by the Bracco Foundation, lands in Costa Rica and Israel, in collaboration with the Italian Embassies.

Loving Science, Nature and Peace like Marie and Pierre Curie

On 14 February, a few days after the International Day of Girls and Women in Science (11 February),  Palazzo Reale became the venue for  ”Loving science, nature and peace like Marie and Pierre Curie,”  an event with two extraordinary French guests: the   physicist Hélène Langevin-Joliot and the planetologist Yves Langevin, who are,  respectively,  the grandson and great-grandson of Marie and Pierre Curie.

Latest stage of the tour “Italia Brilla – Constellation 2022”

On 30 September, 50 young people drawn from the parish of the Church of Beata Vergine Addolorata in San Siro and from La Piccioletta Barca Cultural Centre took part in the latest stage of the “Italia Brilla-Constellation 2022” tour, which, with the backing of the Bracco Foundation, is being promoted by Il Cielo Itinerante an association for the encouragement of astronomy among young people.

progettoDiventerò: A ten-year commitment to training young people

Bracco Foundation is unveiling the results of a ten-year project called “progettoDiverterò” [“Young people project”], for the training of young people in multiple disciplines. The presentation of the project and its outcomes will form part of the celebrations of the 23rd International exhibition in Triennale Milano: the theme of this year’s edition is “Unknown Unknowns. An Introduction to Mysteries.”

Touching on the themes of the 23rd International Exhibition, Unknown Unknowns. An Introduction to Mysteries, Fondazione Bracco has teamed up with Triennale Milano to produce an interactive installation about the “Mind the STEM Gap” Manifesto, advocating women’s access to scientific disciplines by breaking down gender stereotypes.
